China Spring Primary: Required Title I Notification
China Spring Primary Families,
China Spring Primary and China Spring Elementary are Title I Campuses. Title I is a federal program that provides additional funding to Texas public schools with high concentrations of economically disadvantaged students to make sure every student can learn and grow in school.
All Texas public schools who receive Title I funding are required to distribute Title I policy information and inform parents and guardians of their right to request information about the qualifications of their student’s teacher(s).

We wanted to send a friendly reminder that dismissal will occur at 3:50 pm, as regularly scheduled. However, the majority of our students signed out after class parties so bus routes may run quicker than usual . Please make sure an adult is at the stop a little earlier than normal so students will not be brought back to campus.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership this fall. We have you have a blessed holiday season and we will see you January 5!

Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday shop is coming to Primary next week! Students will have an opportunity to shop and purchase gifts for loved ones. But we need volunteers to make this happen.
Please note: All volunteers must be a CSISD approved volunteer. This process can be completed quickly if you have not already done so this school year.

CSP Weekly News: Week of December 1, 2025
Cougar Dash has been moved indoors due to the rain that is forecasted for our area on Wednesday and Thursday. Students will now have Dash Day during their normal PE time throughout the school day.
Due to space constraints in our gyms, parents will not be allowed to attend.

The education foundation has asked each campus to gather a basket to auction at Cougar Christmas fundraiser. The theme for Primary’s basket is FIESTA!
The education foundation will donate $1000 to the campus that raises the most money with their basket.
Anything you can donate towards this is appreciated!! We will also collect monetary donations to purchase items or gift cards. Donations can be sent via Venmo to @juliedaniel11 (please note auction basket - 0046) or cash to the office in an envelope marked AUCTION BASKET. We have also created an Amazon wish list if you would like to purchase an item to be included in the basket.
Baskets items/donations are due by December 1! Any extra money collected will be donated to the Education Foundation.

Thanksgiving Lunch, Wednesday, November 12
We are excited to welcome you to CSP's Thanksgiving lunch!
We have had an abundance of guests register and will do our best to move you through the registration line as quickly as possible. To assist in the process, Please arrive 20 minutes before your student's scheduled lunch time to allow for time to check in. Please have your legal picture identification ready when you arrive.
Reminder, only one guest per student. Guest must be on student's Parent Portal Contact List & present Current (not expired) Legal Pictured Identification (state I.D., Driver's License or Passport). Pictures or screen shots of Identification will not accepted. Any guests not listed on the student's Parent Portal Contact List will not be permitted to join their student for lunch. No outside food is allowed.
Guests will be asked to stay in the area outside of the main doors until their class is called. Purchased meal tickets will be distributed at the check-in table. Guests that will be joining more than one grade level will exit the building after their first lunch and reenter at the time of their second lunch; guests will not need to check- in a second time and will keep their visitor's tag until they have left for the day.
Guests that have preregistered to sign their student out for the day will receive a pass from the classroom teacher at the end of lunch. For the safety of all students, your child will not be released from the office without this pass. If you did not preregister, please go to the office to sign your student out the traditional way.
We appreciate your patience as we work to move guests through the line as quickly as possible. We look forward to seeing you!
